What are the rules of work?
As anyone with work experience will know immediately, work rules generally include employment contracts and work rules.
Work Rule 1: Employment Contract
The employment contract sets comprehensive rules related to work such as wages and treatment in the contract signed at the time of hiring. In some cases, we may also enter into a nondisclosure agreement at the same time.
When an employer hires a worker, he must enter into this employment contract.
Work rules 2: Work rules
Work rules, on the other hand, set detailed rules in the workplace, such as clothing, hair, working hours and breaks, and various rules regarding work content. Compared to employment contracts, these are specific rules that are more closely related to daily work and the way of life at work.
